PartnerOS is a made up example of a partner platform, the software an SMB already runs their business on. Kanmon does not build this.
Kanmon is embedded inside it. Anything orange is the Kanmon part.
The build: getting partner data in with consent, matching the business, and returning an estimate. That is engineering and compliance work.
The lift: once that data is there, raising conversion is design work. Fewer screens, nothing to look up, a real number to react to.
